Property description

This modern two-bedroom apartment of 45 m² sits in the very heart of Belgrade, just steps from Skadarlija. It has been completely renovated and includes a bedroom with a dedicated walk-in wardrobe, plus a generous living room featuring natural stone accents and a dropped ceiling. A large corner sofa converts into a double bed, and the kitchen is discreet and fully equipped. The bathroom was recently renovated, and there is a terrace. During the day the surroundings are remarkably quiet, while in the evening the street comes alive as one of the city's best-known bohemian streets. Superior sound insulation and five-chamber aluminum windows combined with solid wood keep the noise outside. The apartment is offered for long-term rental only, with no pets and a security deposit required. Monthly utilities cost 100 EUR.
