Property description

For sale is a plot of land in Beočin covering about 12,350 square metres, well suited to investors looking at renewable energy projects. The land is agricultural, class 6, yet the municipality has already approved building a solar power plant of up to 1 MW here. A preliminary consent from the electricity utility EPS is also in place, which gives the project a head start. This site suits anyone who sees promise in solar energy and wants to turn that idea into a concrete venture. A solid foundation for a thoughtful investment in green power.
