Property description
This two-room apartment of about 51 m² sits on the ground floor of the BLOOM complex on Zlatibor and suits both personal stays and tourist rentals. Inside, you will find three-layer oak parquet, Italian ceramic tiles and sanitary fittings from Italy and Germany, plus a soundproofed security door. Aluminium-wood joinery, triple-glazed windows and Norwegian radiators keep the home comfortable throughout the year. Each apartment comes with its own terrace, and the interior design is modern and thoughtfully planned. The complex enjoys good access to the centre, the lake, parks and the Gold gondola, while still offering a calmer pace of life. Completion of works is planned for September 2027, and full furnishing of the apartment can also be arranged.
