Property description
This weekend house from 1960 sits in a forest between two lakes, just 1.5 km from the centre of Erdevik, close to Tito's hunting grounds. Spanning 98 m² with two and a half rooms, it is ready for renovation, as there is currently no electricity or water supply; water lies at a depth of 3 m. The plot includes 14 ares of woodland and 9 ares of orchard, leaving plenty of room for nature and quiet days. Belgrade is only about an hour's drive away, making this an easy escape from the city.
