Property description

For those who dream of a small paradise by the water, this house in Zaovine on Tara offers a rare opportunity: a peninsula of roughly 2500 m2 right on the lake. The newly built 99 m2 home still needs its finishing work. It comprises a 13 m2 basement, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a storage room and a generous living room. The lake water is exceptionally clean and, after simple treatment, can be used for drinking, and trout are farmed in it. The area is appealing both in winter and in summer. Nearby is the spot where Josif Pančić discovered Pančić's spruce, as well as a medieval fortress.
