Property description

This 18th-century house retains its authentic structure and the original hearth, which remains the heart of the home. The roof has been rebuilt across the whole house and the beams are insulated, so it is ready to move into right away. Around the hearth you will find a living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a storage room of the same size below the house. A larger cellar, also preserved, holds an old wooden press and valuable wine barrels from that era, and the house is sold together with all the period pieces found inside. The village of Županjevac lies about five kilometres from Rekovac, surrounded by unspoiled nature. An asphalt road leads most of the way, followed by roughly 300 metres of country gravel track. Electricity and a private water source are already in place. The bathroom has not been fitted, to preserve the building's authenticity, though water supply to the house can be arranged.
