Property description

This two-room apartment of 39 m² sits on the third floor of a five-storey building in the Centar area of Zlatibor, in one of the most beautiful parts of the mountain. The building offers a lift, video surveillance and a parking space, and its construction uses thermoblock technology with 15 cm of polystyrene insulation. The PVC windows come from Veka in Germany, and the Geberit sanitary fittings are German as well, paired with Herz taps. Floors are finished in wood parquet, the granite tiles come from Italy, and the roof is covered with Mladost tiles carrying a 50-year warranty. It is a fine choice for anyone who values peace, quiet and fresh mountain air, in winter and summer alike.
