Property description

A 240-are orchard in Progar, close to Belgrade, planted with apple trees that are nine years old. The plot sits beside an asphalt road, so large trucks can reach it easily, which makes harvest collection straightforward. The trees are currently in full fruit, the grounds are well kept, and the orchard is shielded from hail by netting. Drip irrigation runs from the property's own well with pumps, and electricity, water and gas are available up to the plot. A fine spot for nature lovers and for anyone hoping to earn from the fruit.
