Property description

This well-equipped farm on Kosmaj, in the Sopot district of Belgrade, offers an active blueberry plantation spread over 391.22 ares. Around 10,000 Duke bushes are growing here, and the 2026 harvest yielded 30 tonnes. The property comes with a full production setup: a computer-controlled irrigation and fertigation system, hail netting over 2 hectares, an artesian well, a cistern with a pump and a cold room. Machinery, including an IMT 549 tractor and a refrigerated van, is included. A registered holding, a fenced site and a building permit for a 120 m² farm building make it ready for continued operation, while the natural surroundings open the door to tourism ideas.
